The library will be CLOSED on Thursday, July 4 AND Saturday, July 6 (for the annual book sale).So plan ahead if you need a great book to read, a DVD, an audiobook or one of the passes.(Feel free to call about the passes...... some are in demand)Just one week till the book sale ............ so go through those shelves and bring any donations in

Over 25 children have started summer Reading Logs! There's still plenty of time to stop in and start one, up in the loft.Only two more weeks till the book sale ....... one of our major fundraisers,
put on by the Friends of the Morrill Memorial Library.
From the crowded basement where sorting is taking place, it looks like it will be another great sale.
Thanks to all who have been dropping off books (and DVD's, etc.). It's not too late -----

Summer vacation starts today and we welcome children to participate in the summer programs at the Morrill Memorial & Harris Library. The theme this year is "Dig into Reading". Students can come in any time to start a summer READING LOG. We strongly encourage all kids
to read over the summer -------- yes, to keep up and improve on their reading skills --------- but mostly to enjoy

This Thursday will be the last after-school program for the school year. Please make sure thatyour child wants to participate in the program if you send them to the library ........ we are too busy to provide supervision if they are leaving the building.Storytime is this Friday at 10 am.
